The July issue of the German edition of GEO magazine published a 15-page feature titled Dying in Style about Regula Tschumi’s work in Ghana, including her photographs and an article by GEO journalist Andreas Wenderoth.

American Center for Photographers (Wilson, USA): The Coffin Dancers / Figurative Coffins and Funerals

From 2 until 27 September, the American Center for Photographers in Wilson, NC in the USA will exhibit 30 large-format photographs (60 x 90 cm) by Regula Tschumi on the theme of figurative coffins and performances by the Coffin Dancers.

Les Rencontres d'Arles 2026 / Fondation Manuel Rivera-Ortiz

The Manuel Rivera-Ortiz Foundation (MRO) in Arles has invited Regula Tschumi to participate in its summer exhibition titled Come together as part of the Les Rencontres d’Arles photography festival 2026.
Opening reception on July 7 at the MRO in Arles.
On July 9, there will be a book signing with Regula Tschumi at 3 p.m. at the MRO, followed by a conversation with her at 5 p.m.

The exhibition is curated by Alejandro León Cannock in collaboration with Klaus Kehrer and runs through October 4, 2026.

Lago Photo Fest Alpago 2026 - 2027

25 street photographers are taking part in the Lago Photo Fest 2026, an exhibition curated by Fabio Cavessago.

Regula Tschumi is part of it showing her photograph titled A Delicate Balance (Ghana, 2022).

This Open Air Exhibition runs from 4 July 2026 until June 2027 in Alpago, Italy.

From 5 May to 3 October, the Fondazione Diamante at the Canvetto Luganese is exhibiting Regula Tschumi’s photographs of figurative coffins and funeral rituals in Ghana.

Opening on 9 May at 5 pm at the Canvetto Luganese in Lugano.
